Foldable Design

No need for a sheath, sleeve, or knife rest with your KUUK. Its foldable design lets you effortlessly toss it into your backpack, and it is easily retrievable when needed without concerns about cutting your bag, hand, or other belongings inside. Furthermore, it conserves space; when folded, it's slightly larger than an average pocket knife. This efficient design allows you to save room, ensuring you can carry more essentials with ease.

Liner Lock Mechanism

Revised Santoku & Chef Knife Blade Shape

KUUK presents the advantage of both the Santoku and traditional Chef knife. The overall shape is more like a Santoku, so it's more versatile and can deal with meat, vegetables and fish easily. But it's also different from a conventional Santoku, because it's with a sharper tip, so it can easily penetrate the surface of a chicken.

It makes really nice sliding cuts, but it's got a precise too. It's big enough so it doesn't get lost when trying to dice an onion. It's a pretty versatile blade that you can use pretty much every day in the kitchen.

And the wider blade is very useful for picking up the food.

Saber Grind Blade Shape

Different from an ordinary kitchen knife that has a flat grind, KUUK has a saber grind. Saber grind is one of our favorite grinds, and considering the multiple purposes of the design, it's the perfect choice for KUUK. 

So it's sharp enough for slicing and dicing, as well as dealing with some carving work, but it still has the strength when you need to use it for some heavy-duty work like chopping.
